INFRASTRUCTURE
Fitwel is at the pinnacle of providing sealing and thermal shielding solutions, owing to its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Fitwel currently has two manufacturing facilities with plans to expand further along with two tool room facilities and a dedicated warehouse for raw material storage.
Some of the activities performed within our facilities include stamping, testing, raw material processing, welding, screen-printing, tool manufacturing & maintenance, along with manufacturing of various fasteners.
Our specialized testing equipment allows us to perform industry-wide required tests in-house.
DESIGN
Our experienced design team is adept at product design and tool design. With experts in their field, our team has the ability to outperform customer expectations and deliver products in a phased and timely manner. Our in-house hardware and software simulation tools enable us to provide innovative solutions to customers, which makes Fitwel stand out from rest of the competition.
Along with a dedicated design & development team, we also work closely with reputed business partners, using their technological prowess to perform various CAE and FEA level analysis, to provide benchmark products and data-driven solutions.
PROTOTYPING
Fitwel has continuously supported its clients via prototyping by delivering high-quality prototype parts on numerous occasions meeting tight customer deadlines. Our team is well aware of the quick turnaround times required during the prototyping stage and with our first-time-right attitude,
we have been able to deliver precise fitment components to our domestic and international customers.
